World War I, Beauty in Design and the Beast Which Made War Inevitable

I thought I would ask your indulgence gentlemen and share these one of a kind wings of the WWI era, suspected to be Eisenstadt, with those who could appreciate them as much as I do. I see these as a Blessing to have under my stewardship to tell History’s Tale of God’s Sovereign Reign in Christ Jesus. World War I erupted because Man made the Standard of going to war, not the Righteous discernment of our Responsibilities to each other as delineated in the Bible, but predetermined “treaties” which had the effect of stating that millions would die in an international clash from declaration of war ALONE. War would be joined INTER-nationally NOT because of the prayerful, conscientious and thorough assessment of the contingencies which brought rise to conflict between neighbors, but simply the fact that an aggressor, for whatever reason, had attacked a declared “ally” who had a treaty compelling allied nations to declare war on the aggressor in response. In response to this escalation, the initial aggressor’s allies declared war in countermeasure to those allies of the nation upon which war was declared and on and on until a world would be at war in 1914 with absolutely no thorough and Righteous Biblical assessment of the contigencies in order to ameliorate the situation or proceed based in Truth instead of humanity stepping mindlessly through some minefield of treaties. You say “Why Biblical”…well the foundation for ALL decision making Biblically is the Moral Law of God, which are the Governing Principles set in place regarding Creation and man’s role in it under God.  These Laws are summarized in the 10 Commandments and further in the 2 Greatest Commandments 1. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength (Covers the 1st four Commandments regarding the relation ship of man to God) and 2. Love Your Neighbor as Yourself (cover the last 6 Commandments regarding the Relationship after that with God and man is established, between Man and Fellow Man). If one establishes a foundation for all Governance in the primary spheres of life relative to these Laws/Principles, Life flourishes….Friendship, Marriage, Family, Community, Nation, Church. All roles are delineated and established in excellence under these Laws within the Biblical account. When deviated from, there is corruption, perversion, attempts to live by man’s naturally sinful heart as the Standard and this is chaos and tyranny. Our nation is moving toward the tyranny of a Dictatorship because we have sabatoged our nation by tearing the Biblical Laws from our Children under the guidance of, frankly, insane and deadly people like John Dewey and Madalyn Murray O’Hair. They have grown up believing that the Standard for Life’s structure, guidance and hope is their own depravity or breaking of these Laws and the glorification of it. These people actually think “tolerance” means that you give assent to every God-less, deadly perversion which God-less people conceptualize in their contorted minds. Well WWI began on the Standard of an alliance of nations giving unconditioned assent to war if another allied nation was threatened….this casting aside decision making by a Standard at all and simply placing the lives of millions in the hands of two nations experiencing antipathy between each other and whether they declare war or not. This was extremely FOOLISH.

This is a lesson of STANDARD. A Standard is the final authority upon which one makes judgments regarding the purpose and course of this life. A Biblical Standard uncorrupted by man being inserted as the arbiter of what the Bible conveys, but Scripture is used to interpret Scripture, is the Standard which has brought society to the potential for Good which exists now with medicine (Love your neighbor as yourself- Matt 22:34-40), Technology (Go forth and make Disciples of ALL nations, Baptizing in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit-Matt 28)  and countless other examples of how the mindset of glorious expansion of Righteousness through each person knowing his role according to the Bible and the potential unbridled by the Kingdom of God now extant and with a mandate of ubiquity unto the healing of the nations from wickedness, violence, perversion and irresponsibility. This is the Standard of God and it will be established in this earth but there are those of the fallen countenance of Reprobation and love of death/sin who will oppose this Burgeoning Hope which birthed this nation out of the Reformation. That is the current Zeitgeist of this nation and what the men of our nation who went to war, thought they were fighting AGAINST.

That Standard(s) by which we discern the direction and scope of thought, word and action which we undertake in this nation has been altered to the useless idolatry of Humanism where this nation has been deceived into thinking man is born with a righteous heart and thus sees the “Man in the Mirror” as the STANDARD of Good and Evil. This only leads to the chaotic maelstrom of sinful appetites extant in fallen man, vying for control of our very lives and that of our children. The end result is that the population which has had the True Standard of Right and Wrong, the Bible, ripped from their lives, actually believes the claims of the most charismatic “man” or “group”  as capable of feeding their sinful appetites which they are taught as “Good” (Hitler-Occultist).

Isaiah 5:20 (NASB) ²⁰ Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

These men of wicked and deadly heart are then set to impose their standard upon all others…..TYRANNY. Just look at our nation, homosexuality IS LEGISLATED as is the murder of children, just as King Ahaz of Judah did in the Bible when the nation rebelled….

2 Chronicles 28:3 (NASB) ³ Moreover, he burned incense in the valley of Ben-hinnom and burned his sons in fire, according to the abominations of the nations whom the LORD had driven out before the sons of Israel.

The Bible ALWAYS leads to Life and Order and Stability because the Standards within ARE ABOVE MAN and thus guide him to a Life set free from the bondage to his Appetites of his Flesh. Man set to believe himself complete apart from God is NOT exempt from the Fear which rises from not being in communion with the One who meets ALL needs and brings total security through Faith. Man, apart from knowing the comfort of being, through Salvation, Loved and Cared for completely by the Author and Sustainer of all things, Fears ALWAYS as he has NO ultimate and complete sustenance to rely on outside that which he thinks he can manipulate. Thus to control his Fear which rises from his perception of lacking communion with that ONE who is his greatest need man tries 3 primary methods of controlling Fear which bring destruction ultimately and completely preclude loving and trusting relationships with others. Man’s Means of convincing himself he does not Fear:

1) Pleasure – “Lust of the Flesh*” which makes him think he “Forgets” the Fear.

2) Power – “Lust of the Eyes**” – Man “sees” what he desires to CONTROL and thus this makes him think he can CONTROL THE FEAR.

3) Pride – “Pride of Life***” – Through adulation from man, mankind begins to think he is ABOVE the Fear.

1 John 2:15-16 (NASB) ¹⁵ Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. ¹⁶ For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh* and the lust of the eyes** and the boastful pride of life***, is not from the Father, but is from the world.

These are the SAME things which motivate Eve to take the first bite.

These sinful distractions will always be there as the “drugs” of mankind to assuage the fear for a short “fix” which leads him to look for the next “fix” of Pleasure, Power or Pride, to delude himself into believing he is “OK” until it all crashes down around him as ALL history alludes to. This nation was born out of the Reformation and thus a True and Faithful Dependence on the One True God of the Bible; therefore a bunch of Farmers and Shipbuilders and Townspeople defeated the largest and greatest army of all time to then…in Faith they fought under their King Jesus Christ…Consecrated to the Kingship 2000+ years ago…..

Psalm 110:1-7 (NASB) ¹ The LORD says to my Lord: “Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.” ² The LORD will stretch forth Your strong scepter from Zion, saying, “Rule in the midst of Your enemies.” ³ Your people will volunteer freely in the day of Your power; In holy array, from the womb of the dawn, Your youth are to You as the dew. ⁴ The LORD has sworn and will not change His mind, “You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek.” ⁵ The Lord is at Your right hand; He will shatter kings in the day of His wrath. ⁶ He will judge among the nations, He will fill them with corpses, He will shatter the chief men over a broad country. ⁷ He will drink from the brook by the wayside; Therefore He will lift up His head.

Until this nation returns to the STANDARD, the Word of God and makes laws and choices according to the two Greatest Commandments (summation of the 10), we will decline and these men will have fought for a lost nation…..

Matthew 22:34-40 (NASB) ³⁴ But when the Pharisees heard that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered themselves together. ³⁵ One of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, ³⁶ “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” ³⁷ And He said to him, ” ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’ ³⁸ “This is the great and foremost commandment. ³⁹ “The second is like it, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ ⁴⁰ “On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.”

Our so called president  wants to supplant God with government……I spoke with a 63rd ID Vet out of WWII and he was sure the military is the source from which our protection from dictatorship will come regarding this God-less administration’s direction, as there are still many Reformed (well taught) Christians in the ranks of our military, for the conviction to excel unto God’s Glory is Biblical. This administration wants this nation in bondage to governmental dictation of life’s directives and purpose. Ignorance is so prevalent in this nation that the perversions which had brought down every nation from Rome to Germany to the Soviet Union (tyranny, slavery, God-lessness, the whole is more important than the individual, Government provides all security cradle to grave etc) seem more and more palatable.  May this be a reminder of the DANGER of Fallen Man’s appetites and his desires to have himself worshipped and to have absolute control of others to feel they have control of their own fear. Our governmentwants to give the population the poison of their own sins, as Obama has with homosexual promotion to our children and abortion at will for convenience sake for our mothers and telling the fathers…the former “men” of this nation, that it is all OK not to take responsibility for the downfall of society, because the government will take the moral responsibility as long as you keep ceding control and resources to it. This binds the purposeless and mindless fools to drugs, sex, perversion, alcoholism, money lust, sloth and ease, power lust or whatever they find to make them forget that their world is less and less their own, so they want to participate in it less and less. They will simply give in and cede more power to the Dictators in the making, as “license” (licentiousness) is made the Standard of this nation’s Laws and the standard for deciding what is Righteousness and Good and Evil….. the corruption of life and society, love and hope, joy and peace, Salvation and Truth become the twisted will of a power addict in Washington and this nation’s population is too Spiritually ignorant to see it.

….may these beautiful wings be a reminder the Brave, Brilliant, Wanting for Righteousness and Goodness, Ebullient young men who went to war and died for the Standard mentioned in the beginning of this paper. Our young men today want to fight for what is right as well but this nation has taken the Word of God from them and told them that the appetites of their bodies and their unbridled lusts in their hearts and minds is the height of glory. At least in WWI we gave the illusion of Germany as what it would become because of this unrighteous World War, and the men thought it True and thus they went en masse, God Bless The Intent of Their Hearts…..their actions as a result of the foolishness and thoughtlessness of “leaders” basing such decisions as the clash of nations on the Standard of a piece of signed paper, only gave impetus to an even Greater Conflagration 21 years later, beginning on Sept 1, 1939…..Our God-Given generations of the strength, of men, were to have better leadership, Righteous Leadership (God’s Character is the Standard, founded in the Moral Law of God in Exodus 20),  as designed by our Godly Founding Fathers …..In this vein, we must ask where did the system of three Tiers of Defined Powers and Checks and Balances come from…The Judicial Branch and the Legislative Branch and the Executive Branch and then the non-governmental Disburser of Grace to the population which is the True Reformed (Reformation) Church……

Isaiah 33:22 (NASB) ²² For the LORD is our judge, The LORD is our lawgiver, The LORD is our king; He will Save us—
