This Historically themed site is about US Military Aviation Insignia 1913-1945 A.D. – Anno Domini (Year of Our Lord), sometimes with the actual uniform of the men and sometimes women in a supportive role, who wore these most fascinating, beautiful, artistic and historical links to those epic times in 20th Century history. These men did what MEN are created by God to do; they subverted their own fleshly desires and stepped up upon the Great Embassy of Justice, through the Grace given them to do their part in the response to tyrannical hubris. The Soldiers of World War II took back, in part, the idea of the Godly Warrior whose foundational purpose is a Just one, as measured by the Standard of ALL standards….the Moral Law of God as delineated by Jesus Christ here in summary …

Matthew 22:34-40 (NASB) ³⁴ But when the Pharisees heard that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered themselves together. ³⁵ One of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, ³⁶ “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” ³⁷ And He said to him, ” ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’ ³⁸ “This is the great and foremost commandment. ³⁹ “The second is like it, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ ⁴⁰ “On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.”

…and further the US Government embodied the mandate of the Governmental Body of a nation* under the auspices of the Kingdom of Christ or Kingdom of God/Heaven which was established at the Resurrection and the Rise to His Throne**….

*Romans 13:1-4 (NASB) ¹ Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. ² Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves. ³ For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same; ⁴ for it is a minister of God to you for good. But if you do what is evil, be afraid; for it does not bear the sword for nothing; for it is a minister of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil.

**Psalm 110:1-3 (NASB) ¹ The LORD says to my Lord: “Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.” ² The LORD will stretch forth Your strong scepter from Zion, saying, “Rule in the midst of Your enemies.” ³ Your people will volunteer freely in the day of Your power; In holy array, from the womb of the dawn, Your youth are to You as the dew.

…. ANY governing authority is in place for the purpose of protecting the people through the authority granted it by God to establish and maintain, through Justice, the Moral Law of God in its situational expression through Laws which afford the proper societal boundaries which elevate the Moral Law to a societal standard.

The idea of a Godly Christian Warrior protecting this, was marred in the Papal perversion of the Crusades around the start of the second millennium. The men of Europe had the Bible taken from them in the times of 500-1500 AD and it was made a Capital Offense to read it in the common tongue. This law locking the Bible away from the people was a tool of forced ignorance by the Roman Catholic Tyranny which was by the second millennium, ruling in state and under the Name of Christ FALSELY; this rotten edifice of worldly power was the fullest expression in reality of the symbols in Revelation of the Beast of the Sea (Apostate political power) and of the Land (Apostate Religious Power) and the Mark of the Beast which is Counterfeit Law which propagates sin. This nation has proceeded down this same course with the idea of “separation of Church and state”, NEVER mentioned in the Constitution, but the First Amendment states, and the Bible gives assent as well, that the state should not create a “state church” and that the Church’s functions regarding matters of Spiritual Grace and Familial Justice within the Family of God, should be seperate from the State’s role as the proctor of National Justice involving creation and enforcing of laws based in the Moral Law of God as their Foundation, as well as the execution of a Just War if necessary to protect its Righteous Society. America’s men are so Biblically illiterate now, that America has been seduced in its highest court by God-less monsters who HATE our children and want their dissipation and destruction. The Supreme Court precluded the Foundation of Reality (the Bible) from our schools and it has been made punishable by the Law even to insinuate Jesus Christ in conversation in classrooms. The Truth of this nation’s (and the World’s) Only Savior has been made anathema by our wicked “god-government” in a nation founded in the Hope-rich Faith espoused in the Reformation….history repeats itself America and if you or your children do not read The History of Protestantism by Wylie or The History of the Reformation in the 16th Century by D’Aubigne….you are going to repeat it in ignorance. God WILL establish the hegemony of His Kingdom, the Reformation was the time of revealing a little of the power at hand in Righteousness under God.

The Crusades were used by the Pope to keep the Kings of Europe focused away from his tyranny over them and the counterfeit “church’s” Indulgence Racket, a racket unmatched to this day in the amount of money stolen from entire nations in order to be ostensibly cleansed of sin. The men who participated in the Crusades were starved of Spiritual Food as the only theology they received was the teachings of the men who built and upheld the rotten edifice of the Roman Catholic Police State; they believed that if they went to take back Jerusalem and the surrounding areas of ancient Israel, both them and their families who were alive and the dead who had gone to the fantasy place called “purgatory” would be freed from sin and  freed from purgatory. This reveals the all encompassing power of the desire to be right with the Living God of the Bible and the destructive power when the Trruth of Scripture is witheld!  Think of our Soldiers going into battle today surrounded by muslims and pagans given full freedom to glorify lies and wickedness under the protection of the US GOVERNMENT. The foundational ROCK upon which a nation’s military stands is its CORE FAITH. America has abandoned that Rock upon which it stood to defeat Britain, the greatest of military powers, in the War of Independence….the Word of God. The Roman Catholic Church fell into sinful decay around the 400-500’s AD and began digging the sewer of  a worldly Police State called the “Roman Catholic Church” and the “Holy Roman Empire”  which had NOTHING to do with God or Truth but Power (Lust of the Eyes), Pleasure (Lust of the Flesh) and Pride (Pride of Life),

1 John 2:16 (NASB) ¹⁶ For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world.

All 4 German Catholic Crusader armies, 10 + times the size of the Bohemian Christian Reform Faithful in the Hussite Wars of 1419 -1434, were obliterated OR RAN from the field as the Hussites approached.   The Reformation gave the world Truth reinvigorated, and proclaimed the True Salvation of the Elect, God’s Chosen from before time. It also gave the world the first taste of what True Freedom is, in that it was seen clearly that a nation ruled by the Law of God is a nation with people living according to a Standard against which no protest or accusation of guilt can be made. They live by standards against which THEIR IS NO ETERNAL LAW. That is the Freedom we as Americans once fought for against evil. That is the Freedom those in WWII fought to protect; the freedom to live in Righteousness.

God IS Sovereign over ALL….evil, good, avarice, joy, hope greed, love etc. The evil is ordained to Glorify God’s Justice for we would know nothing of a Good God unless we know His Revulsion of Evil through His Justice executed perfectly by the Standard or Measure of the Moral Law of God and Grace and Mercy. Hitler even, was given a chance to repent in time by God’s Mercy but his way was also SET by God. America was set in the echelon of Warriors of Righteousness to smite to destruction Germany, which gave assent to its leaders to attempt to rewrite eternal laws in order to govern reality according to MAN’s will. The SS was forming a new Religion based in an amalgamation of Germanic Paganism and perverted Christian Rites. Hitler further attempted to reform the Truth of God’s Structure of His very Chosen Ones who are the Elect unto Salvation in Christ. The Elect are Chosen unto Salvation to be made Christlike in the Character of Jesus Christ which is described in the Moral Law of God. This is the Character which grows in those saved in Christ, and thus they, in that Righteousness, are to Judge and Rule the nations in time as the Kingdom of God grows. Hitler proclaimed as an affront to the God’s Will, the “Master Race” of blond-haired blue-eyed Arians. These “antichrist Elect” were the “chosen” according to this arrogant fool who selected his perverse race of men through outer flesh characteristics and NOT that which is the man’s foundation….the heart…

1 Samuel 16:7 (NASB) ⁷ But the LORD said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”

The mantle of the Righteous Warrior is a Warrior selected of God for His Will’s propagation in a Just War. A Just War rises when people is threatened, from without, with destruction or subversion to a man-made law; a people who are living in a society founded of God’s Grace to follow the Law of Christ, which is to live by the New Nature of Righteousness or the Moral Law of God written on their hearts, which they have been given in Salvation.

This was the generation’s heart which founded the United States from the spirit endued mankind in the Christian World in the Reformation of the 15-1600’s, when it was released from the bondage to a manmade tyranny in Rome. The man who is decreed by God to defend a land and people of True, Educated Biblical Faith, like Cromwell in England and Scotland and Frederick The Wise in Germany (though he never took up arms), like Zizka and Procopius in Bohemia….these Christian Warriors WERE LITERALLY NEVER DEFEATED when fighting Romish tyranny against unthinkable odds…..and that mantle was taken up by fledgling Americans in the War for Independence and then sadly, one last time in World War II, before the “purpose” of America was drowned in the chaotic perversion of the glorification of man apart from God which is all Self Destruction. Our nation’s men, in this World War, cast down to defeat, the wickedness and the epitome of man glorifying his own ideas of grandeur and his own definitions of “good” and “evil” diametrically opposed to the Truth of the Word of God… and these wicked nations were taught the price paid for glorifying man and denigrating God’s Word and its Truths….a price America is now becoming indebted to pay in its population’s ignorance of Truth in the socalled churches filled with Arminianism and Humanism and the glorification of sin and perversion in its laws propagated by the increasingly wicked god-like attitude of government….

Isaiah 5:20 (NASB) ²⁰ Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

Our Godly Warriors were imbued by Our King Christ with fortitude, dedication, HUMILITY and a courage from appreciating the Sovereignty of God and thus knowing that they were protected fully from bodily harm until God decreed them come unto Him to Eternal Grace, unto His Glory…

Psalm 116:15 (NASB) ¹⁵ Precious in the sight of the LORD Is the death of His godly ones. (For they rise to the final cleansing of all remnants of this world’s sinful state and decay…they rise unto True Life which cannot be hindered or lost as it is Life radiant directly from Our Creator and Good God Almighty)

….WWII’s Godly Warriors walked not by what their 5 senses told them but by what their Sense of Faith revealed to them by the Spiritual Life of Christ growing in many of them; they saw the wickedness of the senseless, hateful, arrogant disgust in these beligerant nations, even for their own sons fighting for them….nations where MAN was made the Standard of Truth and Right and Wrong instead of the Word of God….If man be the standard, man must control by that standard to try and reshape the world to his will…. THIS is Tyranny.  Many of these men of the last world wars had in their hearts, values which had not been routed out by the mechanism of Humanism or Glorification of Man as godlike in the churches and politics, God was still the Standard of all Truth proclaimed by these men.  America…..MAN IS DEAD in Spirit when born in this world which means he hates God and God hates him until peace be made in Christ….David knew these Truths, the “man after God’s own Heart”…

Psalm 5:4-6 (NASB) ⁴ For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; No evil dwells with You. ⁵ The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes; You hate all who do iniquity. ⁶ You destroy those who speak falsehood; The LORD abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit.

Psalm 51:5 (NASB) ⁵ Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me. (David KNEW IT! He was BORN DEAD Spiritually–Sinful, Evil, as are we all)

Ephesians 2:1-3 (NASB) ¹ And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, ² in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. ³ Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest.

Psalm 78:6-8 (NASB) ⁶ That the generation to come might know, even the children yet to be born, That they may arise and tell them to their children, ⁷ That they should put their confidence in God And not forget the works of God, But keep His commandments, ⁸ And not be like their fathers, A stubborn and rebellious generation, A generation that did not prepare its heart And whose spirit was not faithful to God.

Remember these Godly Warriors and look at what they fought to deliver you from in the Name of the God of the Bible, the One True God who by Grace has given you a Savior and has given you the Moral Law of God to show you Jesus Christ’s Character, the Character of God, given to the Elect…those Chosen of God to be His Family. To those who have been, suddenly and unawares….made clean by God who “has mercy on whom He wills”….the Law of God is given to show them the type of heart growing in them after they have been made spiritually alive by Christ. There is a new sense of Faith which rises in Spiritual Birth just as in physical birth as the baby sees, smells and hears its Momma for the first time. This new “6th” or additional sense, is what you, in your spiritual life use to filter all input from around you, and the result is a  perception of Truth, uncorrupted as before. The Elect sees the spiritual primarily and not just the flesh as before; the Law shows them the type of thoughts, words and actions which will become, to them, as they begin to think, speak and act according to their new spiritual nature, the most lovely and comforting assurances of the Love set upon them from above….

The words of the Moral Law of God reveal to us the thoughts words and actions which are the *Mark of God on the *Forehead and the *Hand. On the *Forehead –signifies the Man of Christ’s Thoughts and Words. On the *Hand — signifies the Man of Christ’s Actions.

*Deuteronomy 6:6-8 (NASB) ⁶ “These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. ⁷ “You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up. ⁸ “You shall bind them as a sign on your hand and they shall be as frontals on your forehead.

— The Mark of the Beast — The Counterfeit “Laws” instituted by Fallen Man through his governments, which Condone Sin and Thus Death. The Mark. Look at abortion laws which worship the god of murder and irresponsibility and faithlessness and Laws to protect homosexuals and condone their lifestyle so your children are drawn into sin and death and misery. THESE are the Mark of the Beast when the person starts to follow them when told they have no other choice; on the Forehead (thoughts and speech) and the Hand (actions). Thank God no one wrote laws to condone drunkenness when I was a drunk or I would have had every reason to continue toward insanity and death.

Revelation 13:15-17 (NASB) ¹⁵ And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast would even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed. ¹⁶ And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, ¹⁷ and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.

God Bless the men who fought to give us a chance at TRUE Freedom…..Hopefully we take their sacrifice to heart and seek out just what the Higher Purpose and Cause was which they fought to give us access to in future generations, in a Nation which was once Under God and His Blessing. Once evil is in power, it feeds the people’s flesh through license in its laws (abortion, homosexuality, medical care tax forced on us) to sin (especially after a disaster such as the economy in 2008-9 when the people are looking for escape), just as Hitler gave the people of Germany the license to murder Jews to feed their rage regarding the conditions of the nation from WWI’s Versailles Treaty. Then, as the people TRUST this tyrant more and gives it more power thinking it inert and friendly, IT CLAMPS DOWN and it is TOO LATE. Your Guns America, are just the beginning.

This site in particular includes a specific period of time in heraldry, where manufacture of a new class of badge, for a new class of warrior was coming into being.  This was a time of monumental change in the perspective on man’s given capacities and how those capacities are used to serve a Sovereign God.  The very second heavens spoken of as a place of wonder which the tower of Babel was built to pierce in arrogance and rebellion, was now accessible to man in his winged machines for a Righteous cause.  The heraldry, the design and manufacture of badges signified those deemed worthy of entering this new field of exploration and battle, these insignia brought back themes of honor, surpassing the common limitations of man by the grace of God as they were called to make a stand on the boundary of Life and Death to espouse a Belief held and a responsibility undertaken, to the protection, provision and nourishment in Righteousness of their Families AS MEN were created to do SELFLESSLY with the STRENGTH they were particularly given to use in Righteousness to Serve  the God of Righteousness.
